Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Royal Wendy Brook Persians, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Kitten Adoption Process
Reservations and Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Persian kitten
- Deposits secure your place in line for kitten selection
- Full payment is due before the kitten leaves our care
- We reserve the right to refuse any adoption
Health Guarantee
All Persian kittens come with a health guarantee covering congenital and hereditary conditions. The specific terms and duration of the health guarantee will be provided in your adoption contract.
Buyer Responsibilities
As a kitten adopter, you agree to:
- Provide proper veterinary care, including vaccinations and regular check-ups
- Provide adequate food, water, shelter, and exercise
- Keep the kitten in a safe and loving environment
- Contact us if you can no longer care for the kitten
- Not resell or rehome the kitten without our knowledge
Shipping and Delivery
If shipping is arranged, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We use only reputable pet transportation services and ensure all Persian kittens are comfortable and safe during transport.
Return Policy
We want every adoption to be successful. If circumstances change and you can no longer care for your kitten, please contact us immediately. We have a return policy in place to ensure all our kittens find loving homes. See our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Wendy Brook Persians and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Wendy Brook Persians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services.
